Lucky 13 Pomegranate Cocktail

• 1 1/2 oz silver tequila
• 1/2 oz pomegranate liqueur
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 3 oz pomegranate juice
• 1 oz coconut water
• 1/2 to 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, to taste
• 2 lime wheels
• 26 pomegranate arils (seeds)

Instructions:

  1. To a shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, both liquors, pomegranate juice, coconut water and lemon juice. Shake until well mixed and ice cold.
  2. Pour drink into two chilled martini glasses and garnish each with a lime wheel and 13 fresh pomegranate arils.

    Serves 2

A Brief Synopsis: An impoverished family inherits a large, eerie mansion and a collection of twelve captive spirits from their eccentric occultist uncle, Dr. Plato Zorba. As they try to find a hidden fortune left behind in the house, they realize the ghosts—and a sinister plot by the lawyer and housekeeper—are trying to claim a thirteenth victim.
