Karen, celebrating her own birthday this week, has chosen the 1981 slasher, “Happy Birthday to Me” for our viewing enjoyment this week. Join Greg and Karen as they discuss the film while they enjoy a “Birthday Cake Martini”. The recipe that Karen found on inspiredbycharm.com is below.
Birthday Cake Martini Recipe
• 2 oz whipped vodka
• 1 1/2 oz amaretto
• 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
• 2 oz half and half
• honey and sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
- Begin with two shallow dishes or plates. To one, add a teaspoon of honey. To the other, add the sprinkles.
- First, rim the edge of the martini glass in the honey, and then dip it in the sprinkles. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, amaretto, white chocolate liqueur, and half and half. Shake vigorously.
- Strain into your prepared martini glass.
