Snow Drift Cocktail
• 1 oz chocolate liqueur
• 1 oz hazelnut liqueur
• 1 oz vodka
• 3 oz heavy cream
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Pour through strainer into a martini cordial glass. There should be some ice crystals in the glass and the drink will be light and frothy.
- To keep cold, drop the glass into another larger cocktail glass filled with ice.
