Clover Club Cocktail
• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz raspberry syrup
• 1/4 oz egg white
• garnish: raspberries
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and strain.
- Add the drink back to the tin and shake again without ice.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
