Solar Eclipse Cocktail
• 1 1/2 oz Patrón XO Cafe
• 4 oz Aranciata (Italian orange) soda
• 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Half slice blood or Valencia orange for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add all liquid ingredients.
- Garnish with half a slice of blood orange or Valencia orange.
