Proving that sometimes a film does not need a “reimagining” or “remake”, Greg has chosen the 1981 made for TV movie “Dark Night of the Scarecrow” for our viewing enjoyment this week. Join Greg and Karen as they discuss the film while they enjoy a delicious cocktail, the “Scarecrow Cocktail”. The recipe that Greg found on the Secret of the Booze YouTube channel is below.
Scarecrow Cocktail Recipe
• 1 oz vanilla vodka
• 3/4 oz creme de cacao
• 3/4 oz butterscotch schnapps
• splash orange juice
• cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Top Martini glass with Coco Powder.
- Mix all liquors in a shaker.
- Pour into a martini glass.
- Top with Orange Juice and serve with a candy corn on a stick.
A Brief Synopsis: Strange occurrences plague a group of vigilantes who took vengeance on a man wrongly accused of harming a youngster.
