Celebrating the full moon that occurs on the day this episode comes out, Greg has chosen the 1932 film starring Fay Wray and Lionel Atwell, “Doctor X” for our viewing enjoyment this week. Join Greg and Karen as they discuss the film while they enjoy a “Cannibal Cocktail”. The recipe that Greg found on food.com is below.
Cannibal Cocktail Recipe
• 1 oz tequila
• 2 oz white grape juice
• 2 – 5 drops of grenadine
Instructions:
- Combine tequila and juice in a shaker with ice.
- Pour into rocks glass and top with droplets of grenadine.
A Brief Synopsis: New York City reporter Lee Taylor is doing a piece on a series of grisly, cannibalistic murders that have all been committed under a full moon. Police soon begin to suspect that the murderer works at the lab of Dr. Jerry Xavier, a mysterious Long Island researcher who is doing an investigation of his own. Antsy for an inside story, Taylor breaks into the lab, where he meets and falls in love with Dr. Xavier’s daughter Joanne.
