Bearded Lady Cocktail Recipe
• 2 oz gin
• 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz raspberry syrup
• 1 egg white
• 3 fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup.
- Add the egg white and perform a dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with three fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick.

A Brief Synopsis: When trapeze artist Cleopatra learns that circus midget Hans has an inheritance, she marries the lovesick, diminutive performer, all the while planning to steal his fortune and run off with her lover, strong man Hercules. When Hans’ friends and fellow performers discover what is going on, they band together and carry out a brutal revenge that leaves Hercules and Cleopatra knowing what it truly means to be a “freak.”
